the/

           new plan for the xuanhua southgate establishes a dialogue with the city’s historical pre-existences & the urban additions determined by the new functional demands/ 

the intervention is a planned & programmed evolution within the city fabric/ practically a temporal space connection between the parts of the project, in which the regulation of the construction phase has to become an evolutionary system organized before, totally dynamic & transformable/ 

the temporal planning foresees the subdivision of the area in four different zones, which will provide the creation of various connection areas, restoring the historic walls of the stadium: trasforming it as a square for events, maintaining the stands & adding a new roof; also a commercial area able to dialogue with the pre-existing hutongs in the area; at the end a business center with hotels, offices & multi-functional areas/
